Hannah Greenberg
CEO

As the CEO of Eleven, Hannah is responsible for running all facets of the business. She has a proven executive management track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and strategy development. She has extensive experience in the hospitality, travel, extended stay, multifamily, and entertainment industries. Prior to joining Eleven, Hannah was Vice President of Development at Seaview Investors, where she oversaw the private equity firm’s hotel development efforts including underwriting, acquisition due-diligence, budgeting, construction, branding, sourcing new investment opportunities, and dispositions. Hannah previously held positions at PwC in the real estate consulting practice and led large scale hospitality and strategy engagements. Hannah received her MBA from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley, and bachelor’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
Alex Lopez
President

Alex, along with Hannah, oversees operations, business development, and strategy for Eleven. He began his professional career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Corporate and Commercial Gaming Group. He worked in debt capital markets, syndications, and credit. Alex then joined U.S. Bank where he had the opportunity to oversee the Corporate and Commercial portfolio for Southern Nevada. Prior to joining Eleven, Alex served in the U.S. Marine Corps for five years. During that time, he deployed to more than 10 countries on three different continents and trained over 100 Marines as a black-belt martial arts instructor. Alex received his MBA from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Lee Harding
CTO

As the CTO, Lee brings his 20+ years of technical expertise to lead our software strategy through innovation and teamwork. With passion for creating real value through software, Lee drives our customer-centric development approach. Before joining Eleven's team, Lee was the CTO at Zapproved, where he helped create a company-wide culture of security based on strong principles, empowerment and continuous improvement. Lee holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University, as well as an MSME from Portland State University.
Shawn McCaughan
Director, Customer Success & Information Security

With nearly 20 years of experience in support and operations roles, Shawn leads the charge towards inspired service and customer satisfaction at Eleven. Prior to Eleven, Shawn served as VP of Support, IT Operations and Development at Dotster and Senior Director of Support and Hosted Operations at WebTrends. At KC Distance Learning and K12, he built the contact center from the ground up. He is known for being a leader of change, understanding and managing risk, and turning disorganized processes into world-class systems. Shawn holds a BA in Computer Science from Harding University.
Marisa Hewitt
VP, Operational Excellence

Marisa Hewitt is the VP of Operational Excellence at Eleven Software, where she drives strategy execution of cross-functional initiatives critical to the business, with the customer always at the forefront. In tandem with her role as VP of Operational Excellence, Marisa also leads Customer Success, a diverse, global team dedicated to ensuring that Eleven Software delivers maximum value to every customer and delivers a seamless deployment experience. She is passionate about lifelong learning and striving for continuous improvement as an individual, in teams, and as an organization. Marisa earned her Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Florida State University and her MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
Laleña Daigneault-Mestre
VP, Engineering

Laleña Daigneault-Mestre is the Vice President of Engineering at Eleven Software where she is responsible for the predictability, quality, and speed of software development. Laleña brings over a decade of experience leading high growth startup teams. On a mission to lead the Engineering team to be their best and love what they do, she is focused on transparency and fostering an environment of personal growth and continuous improvement.
Prior to her current role at Eleven Software, Laleña worked as the Director of Product Operations, helping our Product team with capacity planning, speed to market, and communication. Before joining the Eleven Software team, she has led teams in Product Operations, Product Management, and Technical Project Management. This combination of perspectives is evident in Laleña’s collaborative approach to problem solving and cross-functional communication.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UCLA, the greatest UC in the world. ;-)
Irvin Aldridge
Head of Hospitality Solutions

Irvin is the Head of Hospitality Solutions at Eleven Software, previously Chief Product Officer at Airangel. He continues to spearhead the product strategy formation and execution for the combined Hotels business. Irvin has a hospitality DNA with time served in Hospitality and Technology roles for regional and international Hotel brands before the last 9 years with Airangel.
After spending more than 25 years working in a mix of technology and business roles within the hotel industry, Irvin, focusses on the What and the Why, leading product discovery, design & product marketing, helping the team solve real problems for Eleven Software's growing global customers.
Irvin holds an MBA from Lancaster University Management School, is a keen student of the IT Revolution library, and an enthusiastic coach for both junior rugby and basketball.
Mia Stein
VP, Finance

Mia Stein is a seasoned financial executive with a track record of excellence in finance, accounting, and operational efficiency. Currently serving as the Vice President of Accounting and Finance at Eleven Software, Mia's responsibilities encompass a broad range of critical functions that drive the financial success of the organization. Her role involves strategic financial planning, driving budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.Her strategic vision and hands-on approach ensure that financial processes align seamlessly with the broader operational goals of the organization.
Prior to joining Eleven Software, Mia honed her expertise at Zappos, a retail subsidiary of Amazon known for its innovative approach to customer service and company culture. During her nearly 10 year tenure at Zappos, Mia held various key roles in the accounting and finance departments, progressively taking on more significant responsibilities. Her last position involved overseeing operational finance and strategy, showcasing her talent for identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Under Mia's leadership, her team implemented innovative solutions that not only improved financial accuracy and compliance but also significantly reduced operational costs. Her strategic initiatives paved the way for streamlined financial reporting, enhanced cross-functional collaboration, and ultimately, increased profitability.
Mia is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and earned her Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting and minor in finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).
